That phrase does not solely apply to college basketball. Here in Texas, we’ve got full on spring happening. Temps in the 70’s and all the plants are growing (particularly the weeds). Time to get things spruced up a bit after a cold, wet winter. The children will be on spring break at one time or another. St. Patrick’s day is approaching. And…it’s National Crochet Month! Woo Hoo! There are CALs galore to participate in.
I have more WIP’s at this moment than I should admit to. I’m working “Joana’s Mandala” in Ice Yarns Camilla Cotton as a centerpiece for my breakfast table. There’s not a lot of progress here just yet. But a start.
I’ve focused most of my attention on a companion blanket design to my “Butterflies & Ladybugs” blanket. This one geared toward little boys. I chose to work this one in Tunisian crochet. I need to go back and add the Tunisian instructions to the first design as well. I’m still trying to decide on a name for this one. I’m sure it will come to me. One more row of blocks to work, then a border. Maybe finish by the weekend!
An Irish Blessing:
May good luck be with you wherever you go, and your blessings outnumber the Shamrocks that grow.
